The OLBA and Croquet Canada insurance carriers now require all members to provide their date of birth to their respective associations.
If you do not provide your date of birth, you will not be registered as a member of the Associations and will not be covered by the Associations’ 3rd party liability insurance policies.
This would result in you becoming personally liable if you are involved in an incident resulting in damages to a third party.
